Batese todo.&lt;/p&gt; 	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Poñese a mezcla ó forno 	(45minutos a 250º, aproximadamente).&lt;/p&gt; 	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Cando este feito se retira e se 	fai o bizcoito que son 3 iemas con 3 cucharadas de azúcar. Batir 	todo.&lt;/p&gt; 	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Despois se bota as 3 cucharadas de 	fariña e as 4 claras. Batese todo a punto de neve.  	&lt;/p&gt; 	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;Se envolve coas iemas do ovo e se 	pasa ó flan.&lt;/p&gt; 	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Meter todo no forno 15 minutos.&lt;/p&gt; Que non quede grumos.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Engadímolo á outra mestura cando comece a ferver e remexemos ben. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;-2 medidas de iogurt de fariña&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;- 2 medidas de iogurt de leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;- 2 medidas de iogurt de azúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;-2 iogures naturais&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; Se desfan triturándolas cun tenedor&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;ou meténdoas nunha bolsa de plástico envolta nun pano de cociña e se machacan cun mazo. Se lles pode añadir mantequilla derretida para que quede a masa máis consistente antes de poñeas no molde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparación da masa:&lt;/u&gt; nun recipiente se pon a nata líquida, o queixo e o azucare e se pasa pola batidora. Logo pouco a pouco e sen deixar de remover, se añade a xelatina todavía quente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;A xelatina se prepara tal cal o indique nas instruccións do sobre pero botando menos augua, sólo 250ml.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Verter isto sobre el molde da tarta ca base de galletas. Facelo moi despacio para que as galletas non se levanten da base, se non quedarán mezcladas polo medio da tarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Deixar enfriar na neveira unhas 5&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;horas antes de servir,  ata que a masa quede sólida. Unha vez a masa está sólida, sacar a tarta do molde e poñer unha fina capa de mermelada &lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;por encima.   Quentamos a leite, votamos a manteiga ata que se desfaga e seguimos votando os demais ingredentes menos a fariña que a imos incorporando pouco a pouco ata que a masa se despegue dos dedos.&lt;br /&gt;Deixamos reposar dúas horas. Aínda que alá se come máis carne e aquí máis pescado, por exemplo.
